Registration Fee Policy
- The registration fee covers up-to 2 (two) papers per registered speaker and 1 (one) paper per registered Student speaker.
- The registration fee apply for all participants.
- Payment must be made in full amount. Any bank charges and transfer fee of your local bank and CIMB Bank Malaysia must be paid by the registrant.
- The payment for registration fee of the accepted papers must be made by 23rd August 2019.

Visa
- To enter Malaysia, a visitor should fulfil the following conditions:
- Information about the Pass
Other than applications to enter the country for social or business purposes, all applications for other types of passes must be made before arrival in the country. Each application must have a sponsor who will be responsible for the foreign national’s presence in the country or repatriation from Malaysia if necessary. - The necessity of a Pass
Foreign nationals who wish to visit Malaysia have to obtain a pass at the point of entry besides a visa (where required). This allows them to stay temporarily.
A pass is an endorsement in the passport constituting permission to stay for the approved duration.
